U.S.A Orders:
We accept free returns within 30 days of delivery. The garment must only be tried on and cannot be damaged, worn, or altered in any way. We will pay for the return shipping.

International Orders:
Due to the cost of shipping, we cannot offer free returns for international orders. If you wish to return your order, We will cover $15 of the return shipping cost and you must pay the rest. The rest of the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

U.S.A Orders:
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The garment must only be tried on and cannot be damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
We will only initiate an exchange for an item if we have the size you need in stock. If we don't have the item you need in stock, you will need to keep it or return it.
You must pay for the shipping of the original size back to us, but we will pay for the shipping of your new size back to you. If you wish to initiate an exchange, please reach out us through the contact page.
International Orders:
Due to the cost of shipping, international exchanges are allowed, but are expensive.
To exchange, you will need to pay for both the return shipping of the item to us and the shipment of the new item to you. To help, we will pay for $15 of that total cost.

Almost all items we sell are in-stock and ready to ship! This means your order will ship within 1-3 business days of your purchase, unless otherwise noted. I rarely ever do pre-orders. If it is a pre-order it will be announced in the product title as well as the product description.
In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days of your order.
Sometimes I am away from work and will not be able to ship your order until a later date. If this happens, the date I expect to start shipping your order will be listed at the top of the product description of the item(s) you ordered.
If you order a pre-order and in stock item together, they will ship together when the pre-order items arrive to be shipped. If you want the in-stock item earlier, you have to order it separately from the pre-order item.

Absolutely not! I design ever piece myself and am involved in every step of the process until I hand the items over to the delivery company.
Unless it is otherwise noted in the product description, all pre-orders will take 8-10 weeks to be shipped, starting from the end of the pre-order. The pre-order end date will be listed at the top of the product description and/or the "shipping" tab under the product description.
**However, due to the complexities of these processes, expected ship dates are always subject to change. Please be aware of this and know that the date you receive your item may not be within the original expected shipping range.**

Yes I can ship to most countries!
No. The price you pay for shipping does not include any import charges enforced by your country's governement. Those will be assessed seperately and you will have to pay those in addition to what you pay for shipping.
